An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the Fire Service Direct Team at Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service. We are looking for two individuals to make outbound calls and process incoming calls, to book and maintain a diary of appointments for personnel to carry out home fire safety checks (HFSCs). As well as completing HFSC revisits over the phone.
