Salary: Grade 3 (£25,614 - £26,016) per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the Fire Service Direct Team at Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service. The Fire Service Direct Advisor is responsible for making outbound calls and processing incoming calls, booking and maintaining a diary of appointments for personnel carrying out Safe & Well visits.
They will also need to record all activies and enter relevant information into the correct systems in an efficient manner, as well as meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
The post holder will be committed to, encourage and promote the values of MFRS, the National Core Code of Ethics for Fire & Rescue Services, and act in accordance with our Ground Rules.
