We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to support the delivery of training and development programmes for our employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering, assessing and reviewing learner progress across a range of programmes and qualifications. Delivery will take place both face-to-face and remotely and will include qualifications such as TAQA, CMI, and L3 Award in Education.
A key aspect of the role is providing learners with high-quality support, motivation and mentoring throughout their learning journey, ensuring they remain engaged and achieve their qualification outcomes. We are hoping for someone with a strong understanding of qualification frameworks and the requirements of awarding organisations. An experienced trainer who understands assessment practices and can write engaging learning resources aligned to qualifications.
