Salary: Grade 12 (£42, 839 - £46, 142) per annum

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Prevention Manager to join our Home Safety Team. You will lead and inspire a team of Prevention Team Managers, driving forward innovative home safety inatitives and support the delivery of our Community Risk Management Plan. You will play a pivotal role in shaping safer communities, promoting our values, and ensuring high standards of delivery are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Home Safety function
- Have a proven track record of managing multiple teams
- Deliver Home Safety and risk reduction initiatives
- Support planning, performance monitoring, and service improvement
- Develop staff through coaching, appraisal, and training
- Manage resources, budgets, and data to inform decisions
- Build strong partnerships with communities and stakeholders
- Support delivery of the Community Risk Management Plan
- Deputise for the Strategic Safeguarding Manager and oversee high-risk interventions

- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Skilled in planning, performance, and partnership working
- Committed to innovation, community safety, and demonstrate the values of the service
- Extensive knowledge in the field of Safeguarding.
