  • Fire Service Direct Advisor

    Contract: Part Time- Permanent

    Salary: Grade 3 £ 19,837- £20,148

    Hours:  28

    Location: Service Headquarters

    An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the Fire Service Direct Team at Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service.

    Key responsibilities include:

    To make outbound calls and process incoming calls, emails and referrals to book and maintain a diary of appointments for personnel to carry out Safe& Well visits.

    To communicate diary appointments to Service users as necessary.

    To record all activities and enter relevant information into the correct systems in an efficient manner.

    Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

    Working days are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. 9am to 5pm.
