  • About The Role

  • An opportunity has arisen within the Protection Team for a talented and experienced Administration Supervisor. 

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, supervision, and performance of a team of employees across multiple locations. The post holder will lead the delivery of a high-quality administrative support service to the Protection Department, ensuring alignment with the functional delivery plan and departmental objectives.

    key responsibilities for the role include:

    Participate in staff recruitment selection processes and the induction and probation of new administrative staff.

    Ensure that administrative staff are aware of and understand Service Policies and Procedures, in relation to their roles and responsibilities.

    Development of the administrative staff via the appraisal system and identifying training requirements.

    Responsible for the administrative training materials, working instructions, quality monitoring checklists and the review schedules. 

    Respond to queries and requests, from the public and organisations in respect of Protection fire safety matters, concerns, legislation advice and signpost other general enquiries.
